When you add services, they will be available at all locations, days and times in the schedule by default. You can further customize your services to only be available at specific locations, days and times with the Location Specific Availability feature.
Using the Location Specific Availability feature to select days and times will not automatically add them to the schedule. These settings are more like filters that further limit that service's ability to get booked within the existing availability that is already being offered by your staff. Make sure that you're only selecting days and times that have already been added to the schedule.
To set up Location Specific Availability for a service, you'll first need to navigate to Settings > Services & Classes > click on the View button to the right of the service you’d like to customize -
Then you'll need to click on the Time tab from the service profile menu on the left side of the page:
You can find the Location Specific Availability for Services section at the bottom of the page.
To select the location(s) where the service will be available, you'll need to check the box next to each location you want to make available. The service will only be available at locations with checked boxes, and unchecked locations will not offer availability for this service -
To select which day(s) the service will be available, you'll need to click on the Set Days link to the right of each location you want to select. Then check the box next to each day of the week where you’d like the service to be available -
To select which times the service will be available, you'll need to click on the Set Times link to the right of each day of the week you want to select. This will allow you to set specific time ranges when you’d like the service to be available on each selected day -
Add multiple time ranges for a day by clicking on the + button to the right of the times already added to that day. Remove unwanted time ranges by clicking on the – button.
To select a date range when services will be available at specific times or locations, you'll need to click on the Set Dates link to the right of the time range you have added -
Date ranges can only apply to individual time ranges. You can set whichever start date and end date you want for the period of availability, and again can click on either the + or - buttons to add or remove date ranges -
To make availability start on a specific date but continue without a defined end date, you can leave the second field for the end date of the date range blank. Once you’re finished, you'll need to click on the green Save button on the upper right of the Location Specific Availability for Service section. You can click on the blue Edit button to make modifications at any time.
