The Service & Class panel is the page of your Client Scheduler where clients can choose the reason for the appointment they are booking.
If you have the Service & Class panel included in your booking flow, you can make edits to the elements of this panel by going to Settings > Services & Classes > Service & Class Panel Settings -
You can see the Service & Class Panel Settings window below -
The Service & Class Panel Settings allows you to make customizations to the following -
- Panel Title - By default this just reads as "Service", but you can change it to either "Class" or "Course" if that is what your business offers.
- Display Duration - This allows you to choose if you want to display the duration of the classes or services being offered on the Services & Classes panel.
- Hide Price - This allows you to choose if you want to show the prices associated with the classes or services being offered on the Services & Classes panel.
- Header Text - This gives you room to explain a little bit more about the Services & Classes panel to clients.
- Course Sessions Label - This lets you set the label for the different sessions that make up a course.
- Show Groups in Flow - This allows you to choose if you want to include any reason groups in your booking flow.
The default panel settings shown in the image above create a nice but generic look to your staff panel when clients are booking -
Let's say you make a few changes to your Service & Class Panel Settings so that the Panel Title now reads "Class" (1), and you have added a bit of detail text to the top of the screen (2) -
After saving your changes in the Service & Class Panel Settings window, here's how those changes would appear on the Client Scheduler -
