If a client is interested in attending one of your upcoming class sessions, you can create that appointment for them through the Backoffice from both the Calendar view or directly from the Class Session Details page for that session.

Adding an Attendee Using Quick Add on the Calendar
To add a client to a class session using Quick Add, navigate to your class session in the calendar view and click on it one time:
After you click on the class sessions a new window will appear, in this window you can:
- Change/override the color of the class session in the calendar view
- See the session's enrollment status
- Open the Class Session Details page
- Add an attendee
- Close the enrollment
- Re-open the session (if enrollment has been closed)
- Cancel the session
Use the Add Attendee button to create a new appointment for the class session:
A new window will appear where you'll have the option to search for an existing client in your account or to add a new client, for this example we'll assume that the client is already in the account. After searching for the client and selecting their name, click the Add Client to Session button:
After the Add Client to Session button is selected, the Save New Appointment window will appear where you have the option to adjust some additional options and select whether or not to send the appointment confirmation email to the Client or Staff. If you do not select to send the email to either the Client or Staff on this panel, then no appointment confirmation email will be sent.
Select the Save Appointment button at the bottom of the window to add the client to the class session:
After the window closes you'll notice that the client is now added as an attendee in the class session:
If you open the Class Session Details page, you'll see the client listed in the Attendees section:

You can also add attendees to a class session while viewing the Class Session Details page.
To open the Class Session Details page, locate your class session and double click on it to view its details:
Once you're in the Class Session Details page, select the Add Attendee button in the Attendees section:
A new window will appear where you can search for an existing client or add a new one, for this example we'll assume that the client is already in the account.
After searching for the client and selecting their name, click the Add Client to Session button:

You can also add attendees to class sessions by creating a one time appointment through the typical Add Appointment flow.
