The following types of updates can be applied in bulk when one or multiple appointments are selected from the Open status tab of the Appointment Lists page:
- Location Assigned
- Staff Assigned
- Email Reminder to Client Hours
- Text Reminder to Client Hours
- Email Reminder to Staff Hours
- Text Reminder to Staff Hours
Bulk Updating Appointments
Go to the Open status tab of the Appointment Lists page, and select the checkbox to the left of the appointment(s) you want to update.
A blue banner will appear showing the selected clients. Select the Update button to open the editing pop up. You can edit the fields of this panel that you wish to update. Any fields left blank will remain unchanged.
Before saving, be sure to select whether or not the client or staff should receive a notification about this appointment change, then select Update Appointments to confirm that change.
