Only the Account Owner has access to cancel the TimeTap account.
We hate to see you go, but we understand that we're not the perfect solution for everyone or that you may just not need us at this time.
In order to cancel your account and effectively shut down your online scheduling abilities through TimeTap, you'll need to click on your name in the upper right corner of the page and then select Hibernate/Cancel Account from the dropdown menu that appears -
This will take you to the Hibernate/Cancel Account tab of your Manage Your Account page. Just click on the red Cancel Account button and you will get prompted to tell us why you are cancelling the account (please be honest with us - we really do want to improve and will take your feedback seriously when making decisions for how to improve our product!) -
After clicking on Cancel Account you will see a brief confirmation message telling you that the account was cancelled -
And then you'll be taken out of the site -
Once you've been taken out of the site, your account is officially cancelled! Your username will no longer be active or allowed to log in to the app.
