If you are the Account Owner of your TimeTap account, you will have access to the Account Settings page, Change Plans page, Billing Info page, or to Hibernate/Cancel your account at any time.
To get to these options, just click your Name dropdown in the top right of the application -
From this dropdown, staff of most security types (Account Owners, Administrators, Location Super Users, Users and Reports Only - Checkin Only staff do not have access to this) will see links for -
- Your Staff Profile (called My Profile in this dropdown) - Takes you to your specific staff profile page.
- Help Docs - Takes you to this documentation site.
- Book a Support Call - Takes you to a scheduler where you can book a support call.
- Log Out - Logs you out of the application.
Account Owners will also have access to -
- Account Settings - This is where some general settings for your account are (like business name, default time zone, currency, language, etc.).
- Change Plans - This will allow you to switch between the different subscription types offered by TimeTap.
- Billing Info - This will take you to your billing information, and from here you can also view past invoices.
Hibernate/Cancel Account - This will take you to a page where you can hibernate or cancel your TimeTap account.
