The Availability List View allows you to see your booked time slots within a selected date range, organized by day. This view shows the percentage of your availability that has been booked for each day.
The percentage booked reflects only service-based appointments scheduled within the staff's service availability. Class sessions are not included in this calculation.
How to Use the Availability List View:

Access the List View:
- Navigate to Appointments > Availability > List View.
- Navigate to Appointments > Availability > List View.

Understanding the List View:

The list will display only the days when staff members have availability. Days without availability will not be shown.

The second column shows the staff member's name. If your account includes multiple staff members, you can use the filter to select or deselect whose availability you want to view.

The third column displays the percentage of availability that has been booked. This is calculated by combining the staff member’s available hours across all locations and subtracting the total duration of their appointments and time offs.
- As appointments are canceled or rescheduled, the booked percentage will adjust automatically.

The last column, “Service Time Available,” indicates the time slots that are still open across all locations.
