We recently updated our Release Notes subscription process. As of December 2, 2025, Release Notes will only be sent to subscribers/followers of our Release Notes section, as described below. Previous release notes subscribers will need to complete the new process below to stay subscribed.
Our team is constantly working to bring you the best version of TimeTap. We release updates with bug fixes and platform improvements roughly every two weeks. By subscribing to our release notes, you can be notified whenever a new version is published so you can stay up to date on the latest changes, improvements, and fixes.
Subscribe to Release Notes
Go to the Release Notes section
-
Select the Follow button at the top of the section
-
Sign in or create a Zendesk Help Center account.
This account is different than your TimeTap Backoffice account login. However, your email may already on file if you've submitted support requests to our team before, so you can create a password for that email to proceed.
If you already have a Zendesk Help Center account, sign in using your existing credentials.
If you haven’t signed in before, click Sign up or Get a password to create your account.
-
Once signed in, you'll be redirected back to the Release Notes section page
Select Follow again and then choose New articles from the dropdown to be notified by email when new release notes are published.
-
Once confirmed, you'll see that button showing Following to verify that you're now subscribed to this section and will be notified the next time new release notes are published.
No additional email confirmation is sent after following that section. The next update you'll get after following will be the next Release Notes update once it is issued by our team.
What happens after you follow?
Once you’ve signed in and followed that section, you’ll automatically receive future updates the next time we post new release notes. Here is an example email of what to expect:
Unsubscribing from Release Notes
You can also unsubscribe directly from those release note emails at any time if you no longer wish to receive these updates (or by selecting the Following button again when signed in on the Release Notes section and choosing Unfollow).
Troubleshooting Email Notifications
If you have already subscribed using the process above, but have still not receiving release note emails:
Check your spam or junk folder
- Add noreply@timetap.zendesk.com to the approved list in your email client
Verify that you followed the Release Notes section (not just an individual article)
If the issue persists, reach out to support@timetap.com for assistance
