If you want to limit how far in advance clients can see your availability to book an appointment, you can do this using the Advanced Booking setting found in the Service & Class Time Display panels (Settings > Time > Service Time Display or Class Time Display). The default setting for your account is decided on these panels.
The Advanced Booking setting defines how far out your booking sites will show availability. It prevents clients from seeing or booking any time slots that exist within your added availability, but fall beyond that cutoff window.

Customizing for Specific Services or Classes
You can also customize this setting on a per-reason basis within the Time section of each service or class profile. Adjusting this setting on the reason profile will disconnect this setting from updating with the account's default and allow you to set a different Advanced Booking range for that one option.
How the Advanced Booking Setting Affects Repeating Events
The Advanced Booking setting also determines how far out the system will generate instances of repeating events with an end date of "Forever" (or no specific end date set).
For both repeating client appointments and repeating class schedules, TimeTap only adds new instances of the repeating event to your calendar based on the Advanced Booking range. While the event may be set to recur indefinitely, TimeTap will only add as many future instances as the Advanced Booking setting allows at any given time.
This helps limit the amount of future data that the system is needing to load for your account, while also allowing each repeating object to show on your calendar and take up availability as that range of new availability extends.
