This help doc covers how to manage your client's packages.
To view the packages you have added to a client profile you'll need to go to their profile and click on the Packages tab -
On the Packages tab you will see a list of the client's current packages (ones where they have not redeemed all the appointments in the package) and a list of the client's used and expired packages (ones where all appointments have been used and ones that were not used completely before the expiration date) -
The information you will see about the client's packages is -
- Package Name - This represents the name of the package.
- Price - This represents how much the package costs to purchase.
- Used Quantity - This represents how many appointments have been redeemed from this package.
- Max Quantity - This represents the maximum number of appointments that can be redeemed from his package.
- Status - This represents if the package is Open (has not expired) or Expired (the time to redeem it has passed).
- Expires On - This represents the date when all the appointments in the package must be redeemed.
- Created On - This represents the date the package was added to the client's profile.
- Actions - This will allow you to edit the package's expiration date or to delete the package.
Click on the + button to the left of one of the package names to display the package's appointment details -
And you can then click on the View button in the Actions column to the right of the package's appointments to be taken to the appointment profile.
