Packages are designed to allow your clients to buy appointments in bulk for a discounted price. For example, say you have a service on your account called HVAC Inspection. Normally, you charge $50 for each inspection you provide, but in an effort to raise some extra money you decide to run a special where you offer a bundle of 5 inspections for $200. You can achieve this by creating a package.
To view the packages on your account and edit them or add a new one you'll need to go to Payments > Manage Packages -
