Using the Add Appointment button
To add a new appointment, click the green Add Appointment button on the Appointments tab.
You can choose between:
- One-Time Appointment
- Repeating Appointment
- Add Wait List Registrant
For detailed steps on each process, refer to our guides on adding one-time appointments and adding repeating appointments.
- Go to the Appointments tab and open the Calendar view.
- Find the desired open date and time, and click on it.
- The Quick Add panel will appear with the selected time and date.
- Double-clicking a time slot will pre-fill these details and pull up the Add New Appointment screen, where you can further adjust the start and end times if needed.
Double clicking on the calendar should only be used for adding one time appointments. To add a repeating appointment, use the Add New Appointment button on the Appointments page.
- Click on the class session in your Appointments > Calendar view.
- In the pop up window, click Add Attendee.
- Search for an existing client or add a new client.
- Review your attendee list, and click Add Client(s) to Session button to finalize.
- After adding the client, you can send email notifications, add notes, set reminders, and fill out any necessary fields. Click Save Appointment to complete the process.
If you add more then one client at one time, you will not see the option to edit the email confirmation before sending it to the client.

After the client has been added, the total number of attendees will update in the class session:

Double-clicking on a session in your calendar will take you to the Class Session Details page. On this page, you'll see the session details at the top, with any registered clients listed in the table at the bottom.
You can also add a client as an attendee to the class session from this page by clicking the Add Attendee button at the top of the Attendees for Class Session section.
