Sometimes you may have changes that you want to make to a location that already exists. For example, you may need to change the specific details of a location, such as the location name, phone number or email address. You might also want to reorder your locations as they are listed on the Locations page. In this documentation, you will learn how to do the following -
That will take you to the location profile, where you will start out on the Overview tab. You can click on the blue Edit button to make changes to the location’s details -
For this example, I’ve changed the name of the office, added a phone number and added an email address. Once you’re done making changes to the location, you'll want to click on the green Save button -
Once you have turned the reorder on you will be able to choose to reorder Alphabetically by Location Name or by Location Internal Name. You can also change the order manually by dragging the 3 blue bars seen to the left of each location up or down -
Once you are satisfied with the order of you locations, you'll need to toggle the Reorder switch back to Off, and this will save the changes you have made -
You'll now see that the locations display in the order you set them to on the Active Locations List.
