- The %CLIENT_DOB% tag (Date of Birth field) was not translating the date according to the client’s set Locale when included in messaging templates
Note: A hot fix was also deployed on June 2 around 3:30 PM ET to address an issue that was introduced with the 10.9 release specifically affecting clients with a Date of Birth populated on their client profile.
This issue resulted in multiple unexpected behaviors across the system, including errors when saving appointments through the Client Scheduler and Backoffice (the appointment was still created but email confirmations were not issued), Backoffice report exports missing specific client/appointment data, and client form links failing to load. Our team was able to identify these specific behaviors as connected to clients with a DOB populated on their profile, and the issues have since been resolved by that fix.
