Improvements:
- Staff can now see unavailable or already booked appointment slots in the proposed schedule when creating a new repeating appointment series for service-based reasons
- Info column selections on the Open Appointments page of service/class profiles are now saved and retained between page visits

Bugs Fixed:
- Staff usernames were not being recorded in the appointment audit trail when adding multiple attendees to a class session at once
