If your account has the Calculate Travel Times setting enabled, then the Client Scheduler will automatically account for the time needed to make it to and from any existing appointments by adjusting times that are presented on the Time panel when a new appointment is scheduled.
If a variable location is selected in the booking flow, the Location panel will prompt the client to enter the address their appointment will take place at. If a physical or virtual location is selected, then no additional input is collected at that point in the booking flow, since those locations have hard-coded addresses already associated with their profiles.
Based on that location selection, the Time panel will then adjust the appointment times presented so that client only sees available times that would allow staff to make it to and from their existing appointments scheduled on that selected day.
