By accessing your class schedule from the staff profile page, you can view and make changes to similar options as you would by accessing the class profile page through the Services & Classes sidebar tab. The only real difference between accessing your class schedule from the staff profile page versus the class profile page is how you get to it. We will explain this further with several options that are available through accessing your Class Schedule from the Staff Profile page.
Under the Class Schedule tab on your Staff Profile page, there is a number of things that you can do. In this documentation you will learn more about how to accomplish the following from the staff profile page -
This will take you to their staff profile, and from here you can click on the Class Individual Schedule tab which will take you to their schedule of upcoming class sessions -
To add a recurring class schedule for a specific staff member from the staff profile, first navigate to Settings > Staff > View next to the name of the staff you want to add the recurring class schedule for -
This will take you to that staff profile, and from here you'll need to click on the Class Recurring Schedule tab to view this staff's recurring class schedules. In the example below -
- Aerobics Class repeats every Thursday starting on June 4, 2026 until July 30, 2026 from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM. The maximum capacity for this class is 20 students, and this class takes place in the Main Gym location.
- Jazzercise Class repeats every Monday starting on June 8, 2026 until August 31, 2026 from 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM The maximum capacity for this class is 15 students, and this class also takes place in the Main Gym location.
If you would like to add another class that repeats on a specific day of the week, click on the green Add Repeating Schedule button found directly under the Recurring Schedule label in the image above. In this example below we want to add -
- Jazzercise Class that repeats every Friday starting June 5, 2026 until July 24, 2026 from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM. We want to set the maximum capacity to 10 students, and have this class take place at the Atlanta Gym location.
After you have entered the class details you'll need to click on the green Save Class Schedule button. -
Once you have clicked on the green Save Class Schedule button to create this new class schedule you will see a confirmation message, and then you will see that your new repeating class schedule has been added -
If you click on the Class Individual Schedule tab you will also see the class you added, but in a slightly different view where each class session gets listed individually in chronological order -
This will cause the Add Repeating Schedule for Class window to pop up, and here you can customize the date, start time, location, class, an optional classroom number and a capacity for the class session you are adding -
Once you have set up the class session that you would like to add, click on the green Save Individual Session button and you will see a green confirmation message saying that your class session has been added.
If you would like to add another individual session check the box next to "Add another" on the left of the green Save Individual Session button - you will be able to customize the details for a new individual session without having to start all over again -
The next checkbox to the left, "Notify staff", will send a New Appointment email the staff you have chosen and the "Sync only class" checkbox determines whether any calendar sync you have set up will create 1 external event for the class session or will create separate events for each client that books.
This will open the Edit Class Session box where you can make the necessary changes to the session start time to accommodate Staff 2's schedule. You can also make edits to the session date, location, class, classroom number and capacity. Once you've made the necessary changes to the session, click on the green Save Individual Session button -
To cancel an individual class session from the staff profile, check the box next to the class session that you're trying to cancel and then click on the red Cancel Sessions button -
After clicking on the Cancel Sessions button, a box will pop up that tells you how many sessions of the class you would like to cancel and prompts you to confirm the cancellation.
If any clients have already registered for the class session you are cancelling, they will be notified of the cancellation.
If you would like to cancel more than one session at a time, simply check the boxes beside each session you're trying to cancel.
If a client has already booked into the class session being cancelled, you will have the option to add a Cancellation Note to the client explaining why you are cancelling the session -
Once you are ready to cancel the class session, click on the red Confirm & Cancel button and you will see a confirmation message saying that the class session has been successfully cancelled. On the Individual Class Schedule tab on the staff profile, you will notice that the class session has been removed.
Canceling a Repeating Class Schedule
Canceling a repeating class schedule involves a similar process. To do so you'll just need to check the box beside the repeating class schedule you're trying to cancel and then click on the red Cancel Schedules button -
After clicking on the "Cancel Schedules" button, a dialog box will appear notifying that if you cancel this repeating series of sessions, you will cancel all classes that are scheduled within this series. You are also notified that any appointments made for the class sessions within this series will be cancelled as well. You have the option to send the class’s attendees an email notifying them of the cancellation by placing a check mark in the box beside ‘Send Attendee(s) an email’ and adding a cancellation note.
Once you are ready to cancel the series of sessions, click on the red Confirm & Cancel button and you will see a confirmation message saying that the series of sessions has been cancelled. On the Repeating Class Schedule tab, you will see that the repeating class schedule no longer appears.
