The Campaigns feature is not enabled by default. If you do not see the Monitor Campaigns option in the Messaging menu, please reach out to our support team to request this functionality be enabled for your account.
Once an invitation or recall campaign has been created, you can track its delivery, engagement, and completion under Messaging > Monitor Campaigns.
Campaigns Overview
The Monitor Campaign page lists all current campaigns that are set up along with the following info for each:
- Description of the campaign
- Who it was added by (staff username that created the campaign)
- You can also use the Show Campaigns Sent By selector in the top right corner of the page to filter the campaigns by which staff created them
- When it was sent
- Campaign's individual ID for further tracking
You can view more details about each campaign by selecting the (+) plus icon to expand that line:
- Who it was sent to
- The specific Email ID associated to that message
- Latest activity of the message itself
- Status checkpoints of the message
- Actions available (in this case, ability to view the specific message and trigger settings that were set up for it)
Campaign Statuses
- Sent: Confirming that the message did get delivered
- Opened: Whether or not the client sent to opened the actual email (may or may not be available based on client email)
- Clicked: If they clicked on the action item within the message itself

Completed: Whether or not they completed the action item to book their next appointment the campaign was set up for
Viewing Individual Campaigns
If you select View for the corresponding campaign item, you can see and delete any associated triggers and also review the emails that were issued to both client and staff in relation to those triggers and campaign.
