While TimeTap isn’t designed primarily as a messaging platform, Invitation Templates give you a way to send one-off messages outside the default messaging issue for appointment-related events (like the new appointment confirmations, reminders, or reschedule notifications found under Appointment Templates).
These templates can be used for more general outreach or announcements, and help fill the gap for messages that fall outside the automated appointment communications.
For example, you could use an invitation template to:
Invite clients who haven’t yet booked to schedule an appointment
Announce a new service or promotion
Notify clients about weather-related closures or other important updates
