As you add clients to your account or as clients book appointments with you through your scheduler, a client profile will be created for them. All of these client profiles are accessible from your Client List.
There's a number of things you can do from the Clients list, including -
- Search & find any client
- Click to view client profiles
- Add a new client
- Delete clients one by one or in bulk
- Reset client passwords in bulk
On this documentation page, we'll cover how to navigate to your client list as well as what sort of information is included in the view.
On the table view, you'll see your clients first and last names, their email addresses and their mobile numbers. You can click on the client's name or on the buttons in the Actions column to go to the individual client's profile, to book an appointment for a specific client or to delete the client record entirely.
The clients are sorted in alphabetical order by first name, and you can click on the name column to sort the client records in ascending or descending order -
You can choose to display more information about your clients by using the button below More Options - the options in the dropdown are fields assigned to the client record -
Finally, use the search bar in the top right to quickly find any client in your list by searching for words included in the client fields -
And you can also set the Client List search bar to search through the Client Notes that have been added to the bottoms of the client profiles -
Another helpful option you can use while viewing your client list is to change the amount of clients that show on each page. If you click on the number directly under the green Add New Client button (this number defaults to 10), you will see a few other options appear -
This can be very helpful if you have a bunch of clients on your account and don't want to have to pore over seemingly endless pages!
