Various internal performance improvements
Bugs Fixed:
- Adding an end date to an ongoing repeating appointment or time off series could result in events remaining on the calendar beyond the newly set end date that should have been be removed after that update
- Webhooks were not triggered when an appointment was moved to a Deleted status
- All‑day time offs could display across multiple days on the Availability view when staff and location used different but equivalent time zones
