Added email tags to populate the timezone assigned on the location profile (%LOCATION_TIMEZONE%) and location group profile (%LOCATION_GROUP_TIMEZONE%)

Bugs Fixed:
When the %LOCATION_DIRECTIONS% tag was included on the Final Confirmation panel, the populated text from that tag was ignoring center alignment and defaulting to left-aligned text
Appointments added through the Quick Add flow on the Month view were being saved for 12:00 AM regardless of the selected time
When an appointment that was part of a repeating series was cancelled in the Backoffice, the %CANCEL_NOTE% tag was not populating in the Appointment Cancellation by Staff email sent to the client
