- Added the ability to add translations for the Reason Group panel title on the Client Scheduler

Bugs Fixed:
- Dropdown-type info fields that were marked as “required” were not displaying the associated red asterisk on the Your Information page of the Client Scheduler until that field was either selected or the page was saved without being completed
