Bugs Fixed:
- The %REASON_INTERNAL% tag was not populating with information when added to the Final Confirmation page of the Client Scheduler
- An error message was being shown when trying to cancel an attendee from a course set saying that the action couldn't be taken, even though that change was successfully made in the background
