Set multiple locations up for your staff members with the multiple locations feature. If you have certain staff members who work in different locations on different dates, this is a great tool to use.

To set an existing staff member up with service availability at multiple locations, navigate to Settings > Staff > View next to the staff name -
You’ll get taken to this staff member’s profile page. Click on the Service Availability tab and you’ll be able to see their days and hours of availability offered at your different locations. In this example, we are able to see that Staff 2 offers availability for services on Mondays and Tuesdays at the Main Office location from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. From here, you'll want to click on the Add Location button on the upper right of the availability -
You will now be asked to select the location that you would like to add availability at. Here we will be adding availability at the Atlanta Office -
The Add New Day window will pop up, where you can select which days and which hours you want to add service availability for. In this case, we will be adding availability on Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM -
Once you click on the green Save Day to Date Range button shown with the red arrow in the previous image, you will see the new location added to the staff's availability -
First, navigate to the Service Availability tab on a staff profile and then click on the Add New Date Range button -
From here you’ll be taken to the Add Staff Availability flow - the Add New Date Range button just redirects you to this flow, where you can add availability for any staff at any location -
