From your staff profile you'll need to be on the Calendar Sync tab on the left side and will need to select the Exchange icon -
This will take you to a page that informs you that TimeTap is using Cronofy to connect to your Exchange calendar. Here you will again need to select the Exchange icon to begin syncing -
Enter your Exchange account information and click on the black Link Exchange Account button -
Now, you’ll automatically return to your staff profile, and the sync will begin. The first sync typically takes about 30 minutes to complete. After the initial sync, the calendars will update automatically every 15-20 minutes.
