Learn how to enable the Allow Multiple Appointment Booking setting for your scheduler
The Allow Multiple Appointment Booking setting allows clients to schedule multiple appointments for the same service or class at the same time through your booking site.
You can enable this feature for the entire account or for specific services/classes.

If you want to allow clients to book multiple appointments across all your services and classes:
- Go to Settings > Time.
- Select Time Panel Setting.
- Enable the Allow Multiple Appointment Booking checkbox.
- Select the Save Changes button to confirm.
Clients can only book multiple appointments for one service or class at a time. They cannot schedule multiple appointments across different services or classes in the same booking.
To allow multiple appointments for just one option:
- Go to Settings > Services and Classes.
- Click View next to the service you want to enable this feature for.
- On the service profile page, click Edit.
- Check the box next to Allow Multiple Appointment Booking.
- Click the green Save button.
Once the feature is enabled, clients can book multiple appointments through the booking site:
- Clients begin by opening the booking site and selecting the relevant staff, location, or service options.
- On the Time panel, clients can select multiple desired dates and times. The selected times will appear in the Time Cart at the top right corner.
- Once selected, clients can review the selected times in the Time Cart and can also remove any selections.
- Click Next, enter their information, and save the appointments. The confirmation page will display all the scheduled appointments.
